Eric Evans has a gift of really seeing how each person's body moves, and then knowing how to improve the movement.  In watching him go through one of his own training sessions, it was very obvious to me that he is as focused and as disciplined in his approach to his own training as he is to my training needs.  He has acquired all the habits a serious athlete wants and needs in a strength and conditioning specialist.  In short, he talks the talk and walks the walk.
